Respect
We meet every person with dignity, openness and appreciation – regardless of origin, religion or way of life.

imfff e.V. is a non-profit association in Munich: an open place for counselling, education and empowerment – for all people.
01
imfff e.V. grew out of the commitment of Muslim women in Munich. From the start we set out to remove barriers, promote equal opportunities and strengthen people regardless of origin or religion.
02
We began with preventing radicalisation, work with women and empowerment. Self-determination, respect and strengthening personal resources were at the centre.
03
Work with women, girls and fathers, plus programmes for children and young people, were added. Through counselling, everyday knowledge and shared activities we support orientation and participation.
04
Projects for refugee women and families, especially from Ukraine, widened our work. Everyday orientation, exchange and getting to know social structures were at the centre.
05
Public funding and cooperation with network partners helped us expand our programmes, strengthen our structures and develop the organisation further.
06
Today imfff e.V. is a culturally sensitive point of contact for women, mothers, fathers, children, young people and families. We bring together counselling, sharing knowledge, empowerment and encounter.
What connects us and shapes our work.
We meet every person with dignity, openness and appreciation – regardless of origin, religion or way of life.
Different cultures, experiences and perspectives enrich our community.
We stand for equal rights, co-determination and a peaceful, respectful togetherness.
We share knowledge, promote the exchange of experiences and open up new perspectives for everyday life.
We work to ensure that all people have access to society's offerings and can use their opportunities.

Short answers to the most important questions about imfff.
Because not everyone has the same access to education, counselling and support. We want to remove barriers, counter disadvantage and open up new opportunities. People and their individual life stories are at the centre of what we do.
